5 Day Auction At No Reserve - Sold To The Highest Bidder! I Have Uploaded Over 150 Detail Photos & A Video - Make Sure to Scroll Down All The Way To See All Photos This is an original 1973 Pontiac Trans Am 455 L75 Numbers Matching. Documented thru Pontiac Historical Service as the real deal. This is an unrestored & complete Trans am. Factory Buccaneer Red, 1 out of 3,130 Automatic T/A's in total. Rare factory options include Honey Comb Wheels & Air Condition. Correct & Numbers Matching 455 "XE" Block that does match the vin. Original Automatic Transmission with correct Q-Jet carburetor "7043262". Correct & original Posi limited slip Rear end - GY 3:08. ____________________ Service records - Insurance records - registrations cards dating back to as early as 1983, tracing back to it's second owner. Sold new at Stephen Pontiac-Cadillac back in Bristol, CT - June of 73'. The dealer still does exist till' this date. In 1983, looks as it moved 180 miles south to Mt. Holly, NJ. Changed ownership in 1996 to a local buyer. In 2002, made it's way out to Los Angele's, California. The new owner had the intention of driving it around while slowly restoring it back to original. Financial issues came up & it collected dust in the garaged. Looks to have one older repaint . Still remains it's original Trans Am hood - fenders -spoilers. The undercarriage remains unrestored & unaltered. Good original floors that still remain most of it's red oxide primer. Frame structure and trunk pan are clean. The lower quarter on the passenger side does have a little bit of rust but I do have the panel replacement. The interior is factory Black standard & remains the original buckets / console / shifter / steering wheel. The interior looks to have been redone as well once. Dash compartment looks to be all original with the exception for an older radio. This T/A would make a great driver for someone. The last owner dumped some money into it to make it dependable. He had the original 455 rebuilt in 2004 (Barley was driven since then), balanced & blueprinted @ Eddings Engine Rebuilding in San Fernando,CA. Here is a list of what followed after the rebuilt - New upper & lower ball jointsUrethane BushingsFront & Rear KYB Gas Shocks Front Coil Springs Pair of original Rear leaf springs Urethane Rear Deluxe spring Urethane RR Shackle Kit I do have all the recent service records in hand & also will upload for your eyes. Overall, it's in original condition & need's to be restored. Early T/A's are getting harder to find, especially Numbers matching cars. Not everyday, you can find a Complete Buccaneer Red 73' Trans Am at No Reserve. Don't miss out your chance on bidding. Can be driven around it it's current condition. Older Paint does have chips, cracks & flaws. Paint shows better in pictures then in person. Does have some minor rust in the corner of the windshield & pit holes on the driver side floor. Also, a single crack on the driver quarther panel. I do have the trunk lock key & A/C unit is missing. I do have the original brackets to go along with it. ___________ Terms & Conclusion ___________I have set my auction at a very Rare 5 Days with No Reserve setting.
