"The fastest production car on the planet." I am selling my 1988 928 S4. 1988 was the year of no recalls on the 928. Upgrades include: $1100 Leather two tone upgrade New tires upgraded wheels New Brake pads and belts at 85K New Battery Timing Belt and water pump replaced at 68K Pro tinted windows installed, no bubbles or cracks XM Radio installed, subscription can be activited with a phone call Bluetooth Installed Ipad adapter installed MB Quartz front and rear SP installed 2 10'' subwoofers with custom built box an AMP rack Pioneer Indash CD player with MP3-the sound is crystal clear and can be loud if you want it that way The body has no dings, dents, or scratches. Slight curb rash on one tire. Air converted last summer. Air blows very cold and the heat works as well New switches installed. Power windows and sunroof-Everything works. Things that are wrong: The front dash has some minor cracking The latch for the sunvisor above the driver side is broken, looks to be a small plastic part I have not replaced The prior owner installed an antennea that he removed. There was a small hole that was not properly sealed, so when it does through the car wash there is a slight leak. I don't drive it in the rain, but I believe that a small body plug and silicone could fix it. The car is amazing. 0-60 is interesting, 80-120 is inspiring. Car gets many compliments whenever I take it out. Wife wants the garage for her Subaru (so so sad), and I dont drive it much, so we decided to sell. Averages about 22 MPG. Maybe the cleanest tightest 928 available. Its a 23 year old car, but Porsche did a good job with the front engine v8, super quick.
