Vehicle Detail
Up for sale: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am Firehawk; Build number: 853. Procharged F1C; 780 RWHP. Location: Buffalo, NY Sold: As is. Shipping: Local pickup only. The time has come to sell my Firehawk. I have owned it since bran new. The car is flawless! Build as a street car and driven as a street car. I have only put top of the line parts on this car with a focus on keeping it a street car. If there is one car to have that doesn't need anything else; this is it. Every piece on this car is done like the factory would do it. It runs great. Its FAST and well maintained. For the money, if you are considering a similar setup, this one roughly has cost me $40,000 in parts alone, not to mention the hours and hours of labor time. I don’t have time slips on this setup, sorry. The last slip I have on it is for 11.3 @ 131mph. The car is certainly good for 10's. I haven’t brought it to the track in the last few years to get an up to date ET. If you want a fast Firehawk that has been done right, this is it. I've taken the air conditioning compressor & condenser off, but I have them if you want to put back on. No aftermarket audio systems, no hacked wiring jobs, just time, patience and a lot of TLC. Heated garage kept. You'll be hard pressed to even find a stone chip. I am the first and only owner. I have everything down to the window stickers. 1LE Firehawk package. I think its obviously that I'm losing of money by selling this car. Even at this price, the parts alone are worth more. I however will never part this out, its all or nothing. Great car, near perfect condition. The engine was completed at ~28,000 miles. Built for 8.8:1 compression to run 17psi on 93oct. Here's what it has: (and i know I'm forgetting some small things) Dyno was around 780rwhp • 6.0L LQ9 Forged rotating assembly (Howard rods, diamond pistons, callies crank) AFR 225 heads • Procharger F1C with procharger twin 4” intercoolers, race bypass valve • Dual warlboro in tank pumps with -8 feed, -6 return, regulator, FAST rails • 80lb injectors • Custom dyno tuned • CCW 18” custom wheels, 285/30’s in front, brand new 315/40 NT05r’s in back ($3,500k alone) • Kooks 2” 304SS headers, muffflex 4” exhaust • Built T56 trans, hardened input & output shafts, syncros, bronz pads, forks, etc • Moser 12bolt, 3.42gears, 4” aluminum driveshaft • Stock interior with Scroth 4pt harnesses. Camel two tone tan • Stock paint, Zaino’d twice a year. • Griffin 2 core radiator (works awesome!) • High output alternator • SSBC Force 10 big brakes 13" rotors, 4 piston calipers (front) Video: http://youtu.be/IXcRrCiybhE Pictures:
