This auction is for a 1972 Chevrolet Nova as listed on the title. The VIN begins with a 2 and it has the longer tail lights suggesting it was originally a 1972 Pontiac Ventura that someone has changed over to a Nova but it has Nova badging on the exterior and interior. The miles listed are what is showing but are **NOT ACTUAL MILES** as the speedometer is not working. The paint has many flaws due to improper surface preparation as can be seen on inspection with various swirls and chips showing through and bubbling on the right rear quarter shows that there is rust that wasn't removed before painting. The front frame horns and rear valance have had previous damage that has been repaired. The outer wheel houses need repair where they meet the quarter panel. The interior needs extensive work such as carpet, upholstery, package tray, etc. The engine appears to be a late 70's 350 from a pickup truck which has a mild cam and holds about 25 lbs of oil pressure at idle when warm and increases to 40-60 pounds at higher engine speeds. The rear suspension needs to have the bushings replaced. Now for the new stuff purchased and installed. New M22 transmission built by Medatronics Corporation with an Auto Gear Super Case and tail housing that has a 32 spline output, New Hurst Competition Plus shifter, New Lakewood Bellhousing, New Zoom HD Clutch and Pressure Plate, New Summit Racing billet flywheel, New Hooker Headers, New Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap Endurashine intake, New MSD Streetfire HEI distributor, New Right Stuff front power disc brakes, New Tubular Front A-Arms upper and lower, New Front Moog springs, New Gabriel HD shocks front and rear, New Cragar S/S wheels 15x 6 front and 15x7 rear, New BF Goodrich T/A Radials P205/60R15 front and P225/60R15 rear.
