This view was justified by a major revamping of the long-lived Brougham package. Three new colors (brownstone, maple red and light antelope) were introduced. A total of 12 colors were offered. A new wide lower body-side colored accent molding was standard. The moldings were silver frost or light antelope depending on exterior paint color. Three exterior colors could be ordered with matching color accent moldings. Silver frost and light antelope were available only as monotone. The power plant a 5.0 liter V-8 and chassis of the Brougham benefited from the use of a new standard anti-lock braking system. The optional 5.7-liter V-8 with throttle body fuel injection was included with the coach builder package (which was also revised for 1990) and trailer towing packages. The 5.7 V-8 developed 175 horsepower, 295 lb.-ft. of torque and came with an 8.5 in. ring gear and 3.08:1 final drive ratio as well as a one-time Level Gas Guzzler tax! They really don't do this car justice, it is one of the few cars that actually looks as good (or better) in person. Please let them all load (There are over 120) to see the incredible condition of this fine Cadillac. This Brougham started life as a GM factory car that was used to shuttle GM executives to and from meetings, events and airports, etc. and as such has a few special features in the rear passenger compartment. The lighted vanity mirrors, writing platform, cup holder, and rear quarter window covers were not available from the factory to the retail customer. This car is also equipped with the optional 5.7 liter V-8 engine, heavy duty ride and handling suspension, cruise control, anti-lock brakes, AM/FM stereo cassette, automatic climate control, leather interior, locking wire wheel covers, padded vinyl top and recently installed Goodyear Invicta tires. One look at the photos (see how NICE the undercarriage is) and it is quite obvious that this car has been meticulously maintained, both by the factory and the retail owner. All features are fully operational and It looks, rides and even smells like new! The following pictures were taken EXACTLY as we purchased it from the previous owner, we have not cleaned, detailed or washed the car in any way!
