Up for auction is a very nice 1981 Chevrolet El Camino. This vehicle was built correctly. The rebuilt 454 engine was bored over .03", has less than 1000 miles on it and is equipped with an Edelbrock Intake Manifold topped off with an 850 CFM Double-Pumper Carb. It has a mild street cam and has been balanced. Cooling duties are handled by an aluminum radiator. The engine is connected to a 350 Turbo Transmission that was rebuilt at the same time the engine was. The car comes with new Jegs wheels and new tires. Exhaling is done through a 2.5" dual exhaust. The interior was fully replaced from the headliner to the carpet. A few other points about this car, it has electronic ignition, heavy duty suspension springs, and new cowl induction fiberglass hood and paint. This car has been garage kept and is in excellent condition. The gentleman that is selling this vehicle does not get around as well as he used to and is selling this to make room in his garage. Car has not been "hot rodded" or raced.
