Up for auction is this 1984 Toyota FJ60 LandCruiser. This Cruiser is in very good condition and runs, drives and sounds well. The Toyota has 290k Miles on the odometer and has been well maintained its entire existence. At some point the exterior of the truck was repainted to match the original color. Paint is in very good, shiny condition with a few locations of minor rust that I have done my best to show in the pictures. The interior is in good condition with no significant rips or tears in the seats but with definite wear. There are some cracks and abrasions on the upper door panels, etc. Please look closely at all pictures as I have done my best to accurately represent the condition of the truck in the pictures. This is a four speed manual that shifts well. Four Wheel Drive works fine and strong. Heat and AC work very well. Power Steering. Nice stereo with radio/tape/ten disc cd player (cd player works sporadically) I have my ipod plugged into the cassette and it sounds amazing. Carb was rebuilt at some point. Engine was desmogged. Output seal on transfer case was replaced. Custom exhaust (may not have Cat Convertor). All in all this Toyota runs and drives great, looks good and has a great sound to the engine. There may be some minor leaks (very minimal) of oil and power steering but nothing at all significant...no spots on the driveway that I've seen. Horn does not work but supposedly is a very easy fix. This is a good, solid truck for its age with many many years left in it. It has a newer 2.5" exhaust with no cat. sounds and runs great. It has newer suspension bushings as well. It has had many new seals done over the years. It does have an overflow tube from transmission to transfer case which is key for these, as a seal goes out and pumps oil into tranny, this tube keeps them equal. It also has been converted to new A/C referigerant. It blows real cold and heat is good as well. Over the years adjusted head, replaced different gaskets such as oil pan, head cover and many others. It leaks a little oil out of oil pan and the valve cover gasket which is real typical of these engines. Carburetor has been rebuilt and runs great. Secondary diaphragm is good as well. Newer thermostat, and cap and rotor. Fuel pump has been replaced a couple of times. Charcoal canister is the original Newer clutch, probably less than 24K on it. Same with brakes and such. Newer speedometer and parking brake cable.
