this is a 1987 monte carlo ss aerocoupe with T-TOPS. the car is stock with NO hot rod mods. it has less then 95,000 miles. i was looking at a 1985 monte drag car. and this 1987 aerocoupe was in the same barn. i was told it was there a long time. so i found the owner and bought the 85 drag car and the 87 aerocoupe. here is all i know about the car. i put a battery in. two new mufflers. and had it detailed. and now i'm driving it. the engine / trans and rearend all work just fine. i know thay only made 6052 of the aerocoupes in 1987. and less with T-TOPS. oh yes i do have the GM. boots for the T-TOPS. the rear frame / floors / trunk / door bottoms / rockers / pillers. are all in great shape. look at the pictures. there is one dent on top of the right fender. look at picture. the paint on the car is flat on the hood / roof / trunk. sides are OK. it will need paint. but looks good from 50' keep in mind this is the original paint. i can not find any place on the car where it was in any type of a collision. the front and rear bumpers have no damage. the air box for the rad. is not rusted out. and the lower under the car front air dam is still in place. this is a barn find survivor. if you need more info about this car you can call me at 716-989-7201 this is a auction.
