1956 FORD F100 05/31 - IV'E ADDED SOME UNDERCARRIAGE AND BED PHOTOS. I SHOULD HAVE CLEANED IT UP, BUT THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AFTER 2.5 YEARS OF DAILY DRIVING. I HOPE YOU APPRECIATE THE HONEST VIEW. AND MAYBE I'M LAZY! This truck is my Daily Driver. I use it daily for transportation, hauling, and normal truck stuff. The bed is rino-lined for durability. Nothing shows wear or damage. I have priced the truck to SELL NOW! As you note my Buy Now Price is LOW because I want to sell. No hidden agenda or low quality ... 351 Windsor (performance/torque rebuild), Edelbrock, Elec Distributor, 3 angle valve. Nothing exotic, just good American quality FORD AOD, standard rebuild FORD 9" Differential, new bearings Plymouth Volare Front IFS. This is the best IRS (in my opinion) Interior is recoated, Lincoln Nav. seats, new carpet. Door panels are old school. Everything works well. All hindges, latches, lifts are refurb and smooth. All guages are original 12v. Speedo works fine except only odo 10ths work. Exterior is excellent. Original paint color is striking (kinda loud), body panels striped to bare metal. I only replaced 3 small pieces of metal during restoration (both r fender area where joined at running board and small patch in pass door jam; otherwise the truck was clean (Bodyshop Guy called it pristine). I replaced the good original ft fenders w/NOS (just cause they were perfect). POR15 was used extensively to seal and protect. Chrome was replaced (ex. front embl) w/either repro or NOS, bumpers and grill are are new/repro. Glass is all new, gr tint. Felts and weatherstrip are new/repro This truck drives and performs like a new truck. It will start, drive and look cool every day and should last for years.
