Up for sale is this nice Triumph Spitfire IV. This car is an easy restoration. Engine runs good. Transmission shifts good. Interior and seats are an 8 out of 10. The steering wheel is not in perfect shape, but it is original. The front tires look good but have some weather cracks. Rear tires are in good condition. Soft top has a small tear on the right side. Luggage rack is missing. Seats and door panel are in very good condition. Some rust on the right door post. Carpetet is in good condition The front bumper has some dents, some rust on the rear bumper. That is all I know about this car. choke cable needs to be connected or a new one installed. Needs a paint job. We drove the car around and it runs very good, transmission shifts good, motor runs good, clutch works good and brake work good. If you have any questions let me know. This is a very easy project, every thing works, with very little work you can be in the road in no time at all. Battery not included, I used the battery from my boat to start and drive the car. I don't know if the miles are correct, but that is what is showing on the odometer. We recommend that the car be put on a trailer or dolly, the car runs and drives, but I don't guaranty that the car will drive to New York without any problems. The car is for sale elsewhere, so we reserve the right to remove it form this auction.
