Up for Sale: 1994 GMC Suburban 2500 SLE 6.5 Turbo Diesel. 145,000 miles. Cold A/C, PW, PDL w/keyless entry, AM/FM Cassette factory radio, 3rd row seating, power driver's seat. cruise control, overhead console, rear heat and air with seperate controls, towing hitch, 42 gallon gas tank, automatic transmission and 2 wheel drive with 4:10 gears. I have owned this truck for 1-1/2 years and this truck runs and drives great for a 17 year old truck. We have taken this truck to Florida twice and have averaged 16 MPG on the highway, I average about 14 MPG in town and every day driving. It has no rust and the body is pretty good. There are several scratches and small dings, not bad for the age. The interior is in great shape, no tears in any of the seats, the carpet does have some stains but not bad. The truck uses about a quart of oil every 1500 miles, what diesel doen't? I have changed the oil every 3000-4000 miles with Castrol 15W40 and it seems to do the best. The transmission is very strong and shifts very well with no slippage. Over the past year here is the list of new parts that I have installed on the truck: New tires, 10K miles on tires New front shocks New alternator New starter New/rebuilt injector pump New water pump New hoses New cylinder heads New block heater New vacuum pump New belt New crankcase ventilation valve Batteries are 2-1/2 years old, put in by previous owner Vehicle is for sale locally, seller has right to take listing off ebay if sold locally.
