Here is a very clean, babied (never raced), always garaged, maintained, low mileage, first year ('97) Boxster with Tiptronic, upgraded new 18" specialty alum wheels and Brand New set of tires (400 miles ago). Has a very nice, classy addition with the stripe set as used on the 2011 and 2012 Boxster Spyder! Quite gorgeous! No wrecks, no rust, no mechanical issues with a clean CarFax record. Everything works like it is designed to. Also comes with the optional wind screen and 6-CD changer. The paint and top (NO rips or tears and plastic rear window fine) are in very good condition for any car of this age. There is a small spider spot on the R. front upper bumper. This Porsche starts and runs smooth and well. No issues. I just had a brand new battery installed also at a cost of $190). Selling due to moving out of the USA soon. No monkey business, just a nice, clean cream puff '97 Boxster that has been well loved and cared for since its birth. Not perfect, but a darn good 8.5 to 9 out of 10. Has all the extra power features which include keyless entry, power windows, mirrors and the full power convertible top, and good cold air conditioning. Interior leather is still clean and shows well with just a minor bit of wear on the drivers seat bolster (typical). Priced to sell! This Porsche is sold "AS-IS" with no warranty or guarantees offered or implied. While I tried to describe the car as accurately as possible and as I know it to be having owned it the past couple of years, it still remains a used vehicle with possible issues that are unknown to me. A deposit of $500.00 via Paypal must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction.The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days via Bank Wire, Cashier's Check, or Cash in person (I will not and cannot accept any payments except the $500 deposit via PayPal). The vehicle and title will not be released until payment clears my bank. Paypal is only accepted for the $500 deposit. Taxes and Fees: Buyer is responsible for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, and also for remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. DAL is a great licensed and bonded car carrier/transporter that is reasonably priced and offers door to door service as well. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my possession. I will assist the buyer in every way possible to facilitate the shipping, but cannot drive the vehicle more than 25 miles from my zip code of 60475 (Steger, IL) due to liabilities involved and adding extra miles on the car.
