All bidders with a zero or negative feedback rating MUST e-mail us with their name, address and a verifiable phone number PRIOR to bidding or risk having their bid removed. Winning bidder must send $1000 in the form of either direct wire transfer, or check/money order drawn on a United States bank within three days of the end of the auction. The balance of the purchase price is due via wire transfer, cashier's check, money order or cash within 7 calendar days of auction end or upon pickup of the vehicle, whichever comes first. We hold titles to most of our vehicles in hand. However, there are times when we purchase vehicles with titles held by lending institutions. North Carolina law provides up to thirty days for these institutions to release titles to us.
