1959 Ford Galaxie Convertible. This car is an unrestored original that needs some TLC to make a really nice show car. I think it would be the perfect car for Saturday night cruise-ins! The engine, I'm told. has been changed from the original 352" to a 390" and has been "dolled up" with some aftermarket accessories, such as hoses, valve covers and air cleaner. The car runs and drives great and is owned by a widow near Birmingham, AL. Her husband died a couple of years ago and she has asked me to help he sell this car for her. She says she just doesn't't get much enjoyment out of it any more. There are a few issues with the exterior chrome, but no known rust out, wrecks or repairs. The A/C works well. There is a small crack in the lower part of the windshield on the driver's side. Alabama did not issue titles until the mid seventies, so the car will be sold with a bill of sale, registration and an official letter from the State of Alabama stating that no title is available. Those three items should be sufficient to register the car in any state. I have agreed to help the owner with any shipping arrangements and have shipped several cars to Europe in the past.
