This is a 1979 Chevy Silverado Shortbed with the original patina paint. Currently has new 5-3 drop which consists of rear-axle flip with 3 inch drop spindles and I also added 1 inch drop coils in the front. The truck drives just like it did with the stock suspension. It is a rare truck with the original 350 with a 400 automatic transmision with a 12 bolt rear-end, which I've been told is rare for a 1/2 ton short-bed. The truck runs and drives out very good and stays cool in traffic do to a new radiator. The interior is in excellent shape and is a factory air cab with new carpet and dash pad. The exterior of the truck could be left as is with the patina pro-touring look or would make a great candidate to be repainted with not much body work "never in any accidents. . . . look at the gaps in the pics". Cab corners and rockers are in good shape. Floor boards and bed are in great shape. The top of the drivers side front fender has a dent as seen in the pictures. The bottom of the passenger side front fender is rusted through from a leaky battery years ago. As far as rust in the rest of the truck, it is very solid-see pictures. The tires and wheels are brand new chrome Boss 338 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear with less than 30 miles on them. It turns alot of heads everywhere it goes.
