Selling for a retired friend of mine. 1989 BMW 325i with 75k original miles. Car has an automatic transmission, power windows, power steering, sunroof, cruise, int wipers. The car is in very good condition. There are no dents anywhere on the car, it has been garage kept since he has owned it. He bought the car in 1995 with 42107 miles on it. He is the second owner of the car and has only driven it about 33k in the 16 years he has owned it. I will list the item that need some attention if desired, everything else works as it should. The car looks very good for its age, there is a little rust at the bottom of the front fenders I took a picture of the area. Some of the maintenance other than oil changes are as follows. Major tune-up at 64k, valve adjust at 67k, alternator replaced at 67k, front brakes at 68k, rear brakes and rotors at 73k. The car has not had a timing belt service and should be done ASAP. The reason for selling is that he bought a new car to get him through the rest of his retirement years. Now things that do not work properly. To the best of his and my knowledge these are the only things that need attention 1. The power antenna doesn't go all the way down and only raises about half with when the radio is turned on. Doesn't seem to effect radio reception 2. The clock display, avg fuel economy display doesn't work 3. The drivers seat has a small tear in the fabric 4. There is a belt noise when running that goes away after a few minutes, 5. The low washer fluid warning light stays lit on the overhead warning panel at times, even with the washer tank full. 6. Not sure about the AC, the compressor turns on, but not real cold. May just need recharge??
