There are too many bikes in the garage, so one's gotta go. These are getting harder to find, especially in this condition. These Honda XL's are equally suited for cruisin down the highway or riding the trails. I've always liked them because when riding one of these bike (I have two) i've got the ability to ride my bike down the highway to meet buddies 30 miles away and then have some offroad fun when I get there (No need to trailer my offroad bike). This XL will be sold complete and with (2) keys, a clean and clear GA title, and a factory Honda Service Manual. The engine is a 100% stock 600cc single cylinder with twin carbs and Radial Four Valve Combistion (RFVC) cylinder head. It has loads of power and torque and you don't have to try very hard to get that front wheel off the ground. The engine has a kick start only with a working de-compression lever on the handlebar. It starts on the second kick from cold; first kick when warm. Manual clutch works fine and transmission shifts properly. This bike has a factory Pro-Link rear suspension setup that works great. Front forks work great and do not leak. Chain and sprockets are in good shape. Has a set of Scott grips which feel great. Plastics all in good shape. Seat cover is a beautiful reproduction - looks better than original. Everything works on this bike - headlight high and low beam, turn signals, horn, brake light, nuetral light and dummy lights for oil level, etc. The ONLY thing that this bike will need pretty soon is a new rear tire.
