Talk about a rare find, this 22 year old classic Vette has obviously been taken care of and driven easy previous owner is retired. It only has 110k original on her with squeaky clean carfax. Sure there are some ultra low mile never driven garage queens out there but people want 15-20k for em. THIS CAR IS GOING FOR NO RESERVE!!! thats right I know I'll regret it but someone is gonna be making that jerk neighbor jealous, with his dog poopin on your yard and using his mower at 6 in the morning on saturday. She starts right up idles smooth, no smoke or leaks. Has the reliable L98 torque monster 5.7 it has 340 lb ft of torque, thats the same as the highest Torque LT1 motor, some had even less. Paint is very glossy, has some chips but nothing major, the paint is original and still nice. looks great going down the road. Desireable Red/Red combo. paint looks great no body damage. Interior is also very nice no torn up seats or anything. Digital cluster works 100% This is the last year of the full digital instrumentation and the most refined version of it, and the the only year that combines it with the nicer more comfortable 89-93 seats. Just Va safety inspected and passed Maryland inspection a few months ago. Has the dependable L98 engine car has 110k but looks better than some examples with half that, this car was garaged and it shows. traffic friendly automatic transmission goes into all gears and no slipping or hard shifts. Great Mileage too on level highway doing 55-60 the readout shows 30mpg. Drives very nice, runs great hit the gas and go, no hesitation or anything. Does not leak a drop of anything, does not even do common blue puff at start up. Only 2k ago this car got 4500 worth of repair work done to it including Headgaskets intake gasket, all new fuel injectors, all new lifters. A/c has been serviced and blows cold. Tires have all the tread, wheels look great, top is in nice shape Car is a brighter red that in pics, it was really sunny that day and they are a little overexposed. radio works but two speaker/amps dont work, after all it is the original 22 year old units. Sure you can get a rat Vette for 3k but it will need 10k to be this nice and won't have this low a miles. Just painting one is 3k minimum for a nice job, 800-1200 for seats 500 for full carpet, 350 for a used cluster 400+ for new tires etc etc this baby need none of that and is turn key. Gets suprisingly good gas mileage, will get mid twenties on the highway at the speed limit, even a V-6 midsize sedan is only about 30, now which would you want to drive? Forget bidding on a reserve car only to have your hopes dashed, or a "no reserve" car with too high a starting bid, starts at a buck (If it goes for a buck expect a very rude uncomfortable transaction lol). Please dont ask what I would take for it it expecting me to sell it outright for 4k I have it advertised locally for 7,800 so start from there. Great car that will give you years of reliable service.
