1967 Saab 95 Wagon, 3 cylinder / 2 stroke 850 CC. I have owned this car for the 30 years, sadly I parked the car in 2002 and it has been dormant since,was running at time of storage with all systems working- the freewheel was erratic at times but worked- had a small knock at higher speeds and traced this to one of the crankshaft bearings- a NEW crankshaft is included with the car - the motor turns easily and I made the car run breifly with starting fluid but that was the extent of my effort.I am afraid the depress the brakes in fear that they will stick on, the car rolls freely at present. This was my monthly driver thru the late nineties, always maintained and had some upgrades thru the years i.e - front disc brakes from a later 96 ,This car is COMPLETE down to the washer system and original jack and bag, the temp gauge works, the clock works!! The tires ( radials) hold air but have been parked for 7-8 years and are sure to have flat spots. I took the car off the road in 2002 and parked it under cover and forgot about it for many years with the intent to bring it back to its once pristine condition- Florida rust quietly took over on the outer body. Pictures tell the story on the rust- there is a hole in the RH floor @ front about the size of a fist- other wise floors are rusty but sound. Ninety percent of the rust is visable on the TOP skin of the car ( typical Florda rust) and could be repaired The car was painted in 97 and new glass seals installed- they are still pliable. The interior is just amazing, Swedish playboy 2 tone brown and gray with gold piping- original in all ways, all panels and seats are excellent, sun visors and seat belts are nice- sunvisor needs cleaned but decent - there is a small tear in the headliner ( @2inch) at the rear hatch door. Brown carpets in decent condition, The tape deck inside the glovebox was working, havent tryed it recently. Included with the car are the original front axles and drum brakes- a NEW 3 cylinder crankshaft and many misc items such as bumpers, a spare oil pan and cylinder head, some carbs, etc.
