Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a custom 2-door 1965 falcon wagon that has a lot of the heavy fabrication work completed….just needs that mechanic and paint guy to finish it up! This started out about 7 years ago as a father/son project that started with a running/driving 6-cylinder car out of southern Missouri. Needless to say I’ve gotten older and my interests have changed so it’s time for it to go to a good home to finish it out with the strong foundation that was already started. This was a complete car and all glass, trim, brackets, screws, etc were saved so it’s all there to my knowledge and then some…too many parts to list but I’ll try and just give a running list of most of the items…if there’s something missing that you’re wondering about send me an email and I’ll let you know…more photo’s available as well. Also, a 1995 302 sbf with aod trans is available to high bidder at auction close for a tbd price but is not included….Here goes… -1965 Falcon Wagon w/ clean title (less than 5000 made) -Full square tube chassis – eliminating the stock unibody design -Heidt Mustang II front end – complete with disk brakes, coils, shocks, rack & pinion ($2,400) -American Racing Hopster Wheels w/Toyo Proxies T1-S Racing Tires – ($1200) -Narrowed 9” Ford rear housing with 31 spine axles & rear drums drilled 5x4 1/2 to match front (no center section) -Brand new rear leaf springs - & new hangers…not hung -Custom 16 gauge floor – not finish welded (cleco’s not included) -Mustang Dash Cluster-Autometer gauges can be mounted in here -SBF motor mounts & AOD Trans Mounts -Shock towers removed and plates welded in so a big block could fit… -Headlights, taillights, glass, steering column, bumpers, original cluster, original rear seat, etc included -Almost forgot about the roof rack…that’s included as well Car was stripped down to bare metal as seen in pictures and painted with an epoxy primer/sealer that has held up amazingly well so what you see for dents is what it is…absolutely no suprises with filler or bondo! The only real rust is in the drivers rear quarter panel behind the wheel and under the battery tray in the engine bay...also very slight pinholes around very bottom edge of tailgate. The spare tire carrier area on the inside of the pass. rear quarter was cut out as this is where I was going to place the battery at one point.... There’s some dents throughout here and there and a crease in the passenger door that will require some attention but like I said there are NO suprises hiding under this paint as far as filler goes. The bottoms of the doors are super solid and the jams and all window surrounds are as well! The hinges on the rear tailgate are in need of repair but are included. Believe that’s most of it on the top of my head…this really is a great roller with a solid foundation to build off of. If you get after it real hard this could be on the road yet this summer! Thanks for looking and let me know if there’s any questions~Happy Bidding! Email for a link to see over 100 photos of this vehicle...happy bidding
