1950 Studebaker Starlight Coupe This beauty was somewhat restored/customized about 10 years ago. The electrical was probably converted at this time to the current 12 volt it has now. I purchased this car in the condition you see it now. This car does have some rust that is seen in pictures posted. Some I was not able to get a good picture of, but it does exist. Please remember this is an old car that may not have always seen the garage for comfort and protection. I was told from the previous owner that this was a daily driver for his wife. She tooled around town, to work and back and to the local market. Interior could use some TLC. The seats have been redone but the carpet was left alone from what I can tell. Please see posted pictures. The engine is 169 cube flat head 6 with 3 speed overdrive. May not be the original engine and tranny. Runs well with no smoking. I did go thru the brakes when I purchased, the windshield wipers work and all lights work. Some things have gone with age, the speedometer, clock, temperature gauge and gas gauge are not currently working. The miles posted is what is stuck on the speedometer gauge. We have not added many more miles as we have kept driving to local shows and short trips into town. It really is a looker as we get lots of interst when driven. This is a local pickup car.
