This is a 1981 Volkswagon Rabbit, manual, diesel Pickup Truck! It's in good condition for it's age! Clean, red interior. Amazing heating system. Diesel mileage is between 40-45 miles per gallon. This gas mileage it the BEST part!! GREAT summer-time ride! This truck has a new head-gasket, new exhaust and new battery. Original manual included. Original "chrome" sidebars are in perfect condition. There are just a few cosmetic blemishes- top coat is peeling, missing passenger-side corner window, and minimal rust. This truck has had three owners, including me. The first man bought it off the line in 1981 and owned it for 25 years. The second owner had it for two years, did some work on it, and then sold it to me. I have had it for two years and put the new head-gasket, exhaust and battery in it.
