Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Trade-Ins, Financing and Second Chance Offers We welcome trade-ins with the condition that we see and evaluate them in our Braintree, MA lot before the auction ends. Otherwise, please only bid on the vehicle if you are comfortable with paying the final auction price in case you are the winning bidder and we do not agree on the value of your trade-in. Therefore, any loan application through Braintree Auto Brokers, Inc. has to be completed and submitted to us with at least 2 business days (the time required by our lending partners to process an application) before the auction ends.
