You are looking at a 1968 Chevy C-10 (1/2 Ton 2wd) long Box Pick up truck that has had nearly a full restoration. This is a truck that you can fly in and drive home no matter where you are coming from, If there is a road to get back home, I would drive it. Let me start by saying that this truck was a "Barn Find" 90 Days ago and I have all receipts for any and all restorations that have been done to the vehicle (Other than labor as I did it myself) The first thing that I did was to add good used parts and installed Power steering and Power Brakes (New Master Cyl.) It didn't have it from the factory. I then decided that since the person that i got it from had already told me that the engine only had 12k miles since the rebuild and it felt kind of peppy with the 2spd power glide tranny that I woulod go a little further and start a slow going restoration. It didn't quite work out that way! I spent a lot of money in a short period of time right before having to make a career change. This is a list of things that have all been done in the last 90 days... Starter, Carrier Bearing, U-Joints, Turn signal cam, Dash lights, Exhaust gaskets, Valve cover gaskets, Intake, Edelbrock Carb, oil change, tune up, brake hardware, Welded in Rocker panels and Roll pan on the rear, exhaust tips, Tires, windshield, Custom Upholstery, Marker lights, Carpet kit, Chrome thresholds, Interior lights, Exterior chrome(as needed)all window and door seals and weather stripping, Custom Old school stereo that is compatable to MP3, DVD,CD,IPOD, etc. Replaced ignition switch, door locks, headlight switch, visors, door pulls, fuel sending unit, chrome front bumper, Grant steering wheel, under coating, powder coating on wheels, center caps and locking lug nuts,vent hoses for defrost, heater core, hood hinges, body and paint work, Probably more that I don't even remember but to say the least it has been fun and I am crying as I list the truck now since I would rather drive it than i would my brand new one. It gets pretty good fuel economy but you don't have to drive very fast when you look this good either...LOL I've had the privelage of driving it on a few trips and it literally drives like a newer truck.(SO SOLID) I am selling it rather than the other truck because i cannot afford to keep them both and I cannot stop putting bucket loads of money in this one.(Dressing it up) I left the bed untouched (not painted) because i was planning on having it Rhino Lined and then decided to sell it and wanted the new owner to have the option of painting it or lining it. I will even include the three cans of paint that I had made up just for that in this auction. It is color matched orange. You will not be disappointed in this truck. There will be a reserve but not as much as it is worth to me. Simply enough to cover my expenses and recover the savings that i spent doing all of the work to this beautiful machine. Ask any and all questions prior to bidding and bid to win as i have faith that it will sell. Oh, and the truck does NOT have A/C and in the pics it doesn't have the brake pedal cover or gas pedal but they do come with it in this auction. Cab is "Uncut" No speaker holes or stereo hole!!!
