1973 Honda

3 DAY AUCTION. Up for sale is a real 1973 Honda Z50 Mini Trail. Great condition. Not ragged like most. The guy I purchased from had the motor and transmission rebuilt. ($550) New tires and wheels, new brakes, new light switch, new seat cover, most of the other parts are all original. Gas tank excellent clean inside, no rust. Front fender has some dings and is cracked where it mounts but looks fine. Original run switch is worn but works perfectly. Kicks over the first try, runs great, may need carb adjusted a little - not sure exactly how to do it. I say that because sometimes it has an ever so slight hesitation when taking off. Pulls an adult just fine, I have ridden this bike all over the yard. Would make a great pit bike too. Bought for my daughter but she is a bit scared of it. Shipping is buyers responsibility. Available for pickup. If you want to hire someone to come crate it I will assist in anyway possible. Approximate weight is 85 lbs. There are lots of companies that ship these collector bikes. Based on what I can find on Google this would appear to be a 1972 model and not a 1973 model??? The guy I bought it from said it was a 1973 but according to hondatrail70.com its a 1972. Not sure, so I wanted to post what I found out about it. The numbers on the engine are z50AE 308568 and the front of the frame is 1038272. Their is also a smaller number on the frame of 720427. Pictures included. Ebay will not let me update the main title. Hope this helps and any insight would be appreciated!
