Classic 1964 Lincoln Convertible with the coveted suicide doors. I've had this car since 2003 and have enjoyed every minute of it. Exterior: The car has been repainted by the previous owner and it does have some surface rust spots but is solid and straight. Rear bumper also has some surface rust. The convertible top is in working condition and the fabric is new. Tires are in great shape and the car has chrome moon wheels. I have the original wheels and hub caps in case someone wants to put the car back to its original look. Engine: This car runs well and drives nicely but is cold-hearted in the winter. Lots of fun to drive in nice weather with the top down. The 430 V8 has plenty of power to sit you back in your seat. It is very responsive! The only thing I've had to do to this car is replace the fuel pump and carburator. Interior: The interior is in excellent shape and is in original condition. The dashboard is in perfect condition and the power windows work. It has new carpet and the seats have been reupholstered. Door panels are original and in great shape. The air conditioner does not work but who needs it with a convertible. The trunk has the original fabric liner and is in less than perfect condition, however I have a brand new trunk liner that I will include with the sale. This car is equipped with power seats but needs a new switch. The speedometer has gone out and I have the part to correct the problem but don't have the time to install. This car is a perfect candidate for a full restoration since everything is there and not been butchered. No wires have been cut or spliced. Wish I had more time to enjoy it but maybe someone else can give this car the attention it deserves.
