Black 2007 VW Rabbit for sale. This is the 4-door (plus hatchback), Automatic transmission version. Standard features include power windows/locks/mirrors, heated front seats, 6 cd changer with aux input, etc. In addition to the standard features, the car also has a power moonroof, and alloy wheels. The car runs excellent. The exterior has a couple of small dings, which I will try to show in the photos, but overall the car looks very sharp. The interior is clean, although there are a couple of marks from cigarettes from the previous owner - I will try to show those in the photos as well. I do not smoke and there has been no smoking in the car since I have owned it. I bought the car from a dealership near Chicago in September 2009, and I have the maintenance records since then. I believe I am the second owner. I will be adding more photos in a day or two - I only have some of the exterior right now. I will take some of the interior and engine, and try to capture the dings and any blemishes. As far as payment and shipping, I would prefer to meet and complete the deal in person. If the winning bidder would like to arrange for shipping, that would be OK with me as well. There is no reserve for this auction, as I want the car to sell and I would like to encourage bidding. I think I know what happened. I bought the car in Sept 2009 in Chicago, and drove it back to the Boston area. Right away I bought a third party warranty and reported the actual milage on the vehicle to the warranty company. When I went to register the car in Massachusetts, the state used the milage listed on the Bill of Sale from the dealer, which was less than the actual miles because of the drive from Chicago. Sorry about this, but as you can see the title on the car is clean and there are no other issues with the car's history. I wouldn't even know how to tamper with a car's digital odometer, or even a regular odometer for that matter. Maybe lift the wheels off the ground and put the car in reverse like in Ferris Beuller's Day Off? :-) Any questions on this issue, feel free to ask.
