For sale is a 1953 Lincoln Capri Convertible. ONLY 2,372 were produced in '52 and '53! In 1953 this car was the most powerful, fastest production car at the time. Has a 317 CI (5.2L) Lincoln V-EIGHT. First Lincoln with overhead cams. Also, has a 4 speed Automatic transmission. The ONLY blemish on this car's reputation is that is has a sluggish(working) window motor on one side. The pictures truly do not do this car justice. I get looks, honks, and thumbs up whenever I take it out. Has won minor show awards under our ownership. It is garage kept, and cleaned without water to resist rusting. It has be kept indoors since we purchased it. The convertible top is tan. Interior is two tone tan/black. The exterior is Charcoal. This car was fully restored about 10 years ago and still looks fantastic. This car is a Barret-Jackson car from 2008. Has been inspected by Grundy Insurance Co., and has been proven to be numbers matching.
