Vehicle Detail
This is a RARE 4th generation Camaro SS convertible LS-1 with 6 Speed Manual transmission. Excellent condition and has only been driven occasionally on nice sunny days. Otherwise it has been sitting in my garage. For cosmetics sake, I have replaced all of the electrical switches, power lock buttons, power window buttons, turn signal multifunction lever. I replaced the carpet an identical one out of another Camaro that was very spotless. The sunvisors were replace with new OEM parts. The front driver/passenger seat belts were replaced with new - because old ones were stained. The center console cupholder was replaced with a new piece designed for 2000-2002 interiors. So there is a slight mis-match in shades of charcoal/black but you can 't tell from the photos. The top operates great. I would drive this anywhere without any worries. The only non-factory items on this car are the stereo, the flowmaster mufflers and magnaflow 3 inch stainless steel exhaust tail-pipes. I know people don 't like surprises so I will list all the known flaws however minor: There is a dimple in the left quarter panel - photo included. I accidentally opened my wife 's car door one day in the garage too far and smacked the side of the camaro. Its hard to even notice unless you are standing 3 feet away. There is a small dimple on the driver 's side rocker panel. It was always like that since I owned the car. Not really noticable but photo included. The paint on the hood has some bubbling/pitting - I 'm not sure why? It was like that when I bought the car. I believe the previous owner used a heat gun too close when I had asked him to remove the strip decal.. The airbox cleaner lid that says SLP doesn 't always close tight. I have used black duct tape to keep it down but the spring latches keep popping up. I think the air hoses need some adjustments to make it fit better. The clutch pedal sometimes gets a little sticky on the rebound. But it doesn 't seem to affect the shifting ability. My aftermarket stereo has built in navigation however the motorized face panel gets stuck and so my DVD is stuck in there.. I can replace with a factory head unit for $35-$50 off Ebay. LOW RESERVE BUT PLEASE DONT EMAIL TO TO ASK WHAT IT IS.. THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE RESERVE. - Buyer must pay and arrange for his own shipping or pickup locally in central New Jersey. - I WILL NOT be able to pick someone up at the airport.
