This jeep has been in the family for 15 years. Last year we had an off the frame refurbishment done. We replaced all of the panels that were rusted (including the floor, tunnel, raiser, rear bed, side panels (right and left), and tail gate) with NEW PANELS, had the new panels professionally welded. Replaced the window frame and added new safety glass. Installed a completely new wiring harness, new gauges (except the speedometer), lights, front bumper, and more. Replaced master cylinder and wheel cylinders, shoes, E-brake shoes. Replaced yokes and seals in transfer case, speedometer cable, steering wheel, steering bearing and more. Used POR15 on the chassis and under the tub. Replaced all of the fuel lines, carburetor (I still have the original carburetor), spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil, battery, tail pipe, muffler and more. Had it professionally painted using a high quality Metalic Orange base coat clear coat process. The seats were upholstered using a Tommy Bahama pattern on Sunbrella fabric for long life. The Bimini top was also done using the Tommy Bahama / Sunbrella fabric. I have a new complete BEST TOP top including bows and doors. I installed it once to locate the snaps properly and then took it off. It is black and is new. There are several other features that we added. The sea shell shifting knobs, the webbing cover for the rear bed, front bumper “tow” rope, rope accent in windshield bottom, knotted rope instead blocks on the hood. It runs good and has good tires –it is ready to be driven. It has a clear Florida title, vin number 158351 with 39582 miles. 850 240 0941. We live in Northwest Florida near Destin. I also have it on Craigslist ( Pensacola ) . We have won several trophies in local car shows and get thumps ups every time we take it out.
