These cars are getting harder and harder to find in nice shape and this is a perfect example of a well maintained BMW M3. The first E36 M3 to be imported to the United States was the 1995 model, which received a 3.0 L 24-valve DOHC inline-six engine with 240 bhp (179 kW; 243 PS) and 305 N•m (225 lb•ft) (S50B30US), a different suspension setup and a 0-60 mph (97 km/h) time in about six seconds. I love this car but it has come time to part with it do to family matters. This car has been well loved and taken care of over its years. I hope the new owner will be a fellow BMW enthusiast and treat her as she should be treated. That being said it is still a used car and although meticulously maintained does have some character markings to show its years. I am very picky about my vehicles and will try to list all areas that stand out to me. Starting on the interior... the driver seat does have some cracking on the bolsters close to the door. The wood gain inserts that are part of BMW's luxury package on the car have some crack marks (nothing causing failure to any of the pieces - just cosmetic). I no longer have the factory tape deck and the new aftermarket CD player does not work with the factory CD changer (this aftermarket CD player sounds much better than the stock deck IMO). The exterior of the car is beautiful!! And you don't run into the Daytona Violet frequently or almost ever. The front end of the car has been preserved with a Clear Shield Bra. There are some minor chips and scratches for the year but nothing major. The top of the rear bumper has some wear/ fade to it and the driver side rear corner panel had a small area with light scratches.
