Hello, you are looking at a 2002 Dodge Caravan that I have owned for about 4 years now. I am fairly certain I am the 2nd owner, as I was told when I purchased this from a dealer here in Florida. From the pictures, you can tell it is a pretty decent looking van, but as mentioned in my listing, I am having some kind of tranny problem with it. (even though all the parts are practically new) I replaced the tranny 5K miles ago on while on military leave before leaving for Afghanistan. The tranny went out on the interstate 1000 miles from where I was stationed 7 days before my deployment, so I had my dad replace it with a lifetime warranty tranny from Advance Auto while I was away. When I returned 10 months later, I drove the vehicle back to Florida with no problems, but the torque converter went out after about 6 months, so I had that replaced with a brand new unit also. 100 miles later, the tranny stopped engaging. It's been parked now for about six months and I simply haven't had the time to tear it apart to see what the problem is. The problem may very well be minor. I have a feeling the torque converter repair was a bad one, and that is likely the culprit. (cost me $775 when I had mine replaced) The van also had the battery removed a few months ago, (my daughters car battery died) so we swapped them out. I also would plan on replacing the drivers front tire, as the rest are in great shape. (Back two have less than 5K on them) Having said all of that, the van was a very nice running van that we used on many vacations. the interior is still in pretty good shape since my 3 daughters were older when we took them, although you can see from the pics the vehicle suffered a few scrapes while teaching those same daughters how to drive. It has manual windows, locks, seats, and doors (my preference since there is less to break down) but it does have ice cold AC, a nice CD player with IPOD connector, and the van opens up on both sides. I got about 20 to the gallon on this thing around town, a little better on the highway. Between my description and the pics, I'm guessing I would have answered most questions, but please feel free to email me if you have anything I may have forgotten.
