Primer is Finer We have over $7,000 in reciepts, all within a year for the resotation. This is a freash rebuilt motor. This is one sharp 1964 Mercury Comet. Primer is finer, with this primer finish. Leave it as it is (it looks great) or paint to your color choice. The door handles have been removed, and the mirrors are mounted above the doors to give a custom look. The side pipes on the side are for looks only and are not functional, but really ads to the beauty of this car. This is a very clean rust free car, and has a rust free underside, and is not showing any rust bubbles anywhere. It has air-shocks to adjust the level of the rear end. The interior looks very nice with gray carpet laid over the door panels. It also features a brand new interior with black vinyl and gray cloth inserts. The dash is painted in a graphite gray and it has new VDO gauges. This Hot Rod comes with two hoods. One with a hole in the middle for the large butterfly blower scoop to stick out of the hood. See photo #10. This is great for car shows as long as you don't get caught in the rain. The engine is a powerful 302, and if it's not chrome it's painted blue. The engine compartment looks beautiful with the Edelbrock valve and air filter cover. The car has a B&M shifter, and has a nice exhaust sound and is very fast. The camshaft is gear driven and gives that blower sound to the engine. This is a fly and drive home car. The interior has blue neon lights under the dash, and a custom fiber optic lighting system under the car. The underbody neon system is very nice, with a LED controller inside the car that can select 16 different colors, multi colors and strobe speeds. The inside controller lets you know the color of the lights and the speed that they are going on its LED print out display. This system runs on a seperate battery so you can run the lights all night without killing the main battery. (See battery next to Subwoofer photo). The sound system is excellent with a Alpine CD player and Orion 12" Subwoofer. It has plenty of power and lots of bass.
