Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems.The Rumble Bee package adds a hood scoop, side moldings, lower body cladding, a brushed aluminum fuel fill door, and special graphics to the exterior.There is a soft tonneau cover and a full bed liner. The interior is in very, very good condition. There are no holes, rips or tears in the seats, and they really aren't showing any appreciable wear. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in good shape. Although this is a regular cab model, there is some storage space behind the seats. This Ram SLT/ Rumble Bee has a nice selection convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold air conditioning; AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo with Infinity Speakers and steering wheel controls; tilt wheel; cruise control, and more. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.

*All vehicles are subject to a $299.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to , Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*

The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $500.00 within 48 hours. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. We would like a copy of any cashier check you may be using faxed to us before the delivery date. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.

You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or
certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable
for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If
you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is
picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid.
Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.

Important tax info:

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6%
sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).

Regarding the Buy It Now option:

If this vehicle has a "Buy It Now" option, you must leave a Paypal deposit
if you click the Buy It Now. If you wish to purchase the vehicle with a Buy It Now, and do not have a PayPal account, please call so that we can disable this feature.

We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail.
We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours.
