This no reserve auction is for a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer, LS. I have had issues when buying vehicles on Ebay and so I will do my best to describe this vehicle completely accurately. This vehicle was bought in late 2005 for my daughter. After use by her my son drove it for about a year to the point it sits now. To start off with, there is not a panel that does not have some form of damage on it, The right front fender might be the best with one ding. All 4 doors have damage (repairable). All 4 doors are fully functional (power windws, locks, etc.). Left power mirror is new. Too many nicks and scratches to list. The interior is toast. About what to expect from a 15 year old vehicle that the last 6 years was driven by kids. Front seats do not recline because the lever is broken. (common on Blazers) Rear seats are good as are the interior door panels. All glass is good with normal wear. The 4wd works good and the 4.3 motor starts first time, every time. It does not burn oil, however leak is a whole nother issue. It appears as though the oil cooling lines leak. (again common) Valve covers and intake look dry. And now the bad news... The transmission has lost 3rd and 4th gear. Clutches slip. 1 & 2 & reverse work fine so you will have to trailer it home unless you live really really close by. The A/C leaks out very slowly but when chaged works. (for a couple of days anyway) The heater blows warm air, probably partially plugged heater core. The vehicle has one new tire, new front brakes, new gas tank, new fuel pump. It has had regular oil changes. Vehicle is in central Connecticut. I will accept PayPal or cash. Good Luck!
