1961 RAMBLER CROSS COUNTRY CLASSIC STATION WAGON , rust free original wagon, six cylinder , three speed manual, recent wheels and tires, brakes, clutch,tune up, carb rebuild, and complete changing of all fluids. 77K ORIGINAL MILES, runs and drives great, original Florida wagon that remained un used from 1975 to approx. 2005. comes with original title and owners manual.original floors in great shape with original thin layer undercoat. rock solid platform , no holes or patch panels. repainted once about 4 years ago. radio and all guages work, even the cigarette lighter works. THIS IS A FUN ORIGINAL NON RUSTED WAGON THAT GETS MORE ATTENTION THAN ANY SHELBY OR CORVETTE I HAVE EVER OWNED. In my critical opinion, i would rate the wagon an overall 6.7 out of a perfect (no such thing ) rating of ten. the chrome and trim is original ,paint is driver quality-a 10 footer, engine does not burn oil, leaks a bit-they all do, clutch works properly, could use shocks(original) and weatherstriping and minor items. Overall a non-rotted car that was not glued back together. I drove it last year about 350 miles and had no issues, a very cool ride that gets lots of looks, and not worrying about every stone chip or stop light. At my reserve of well under 8k, it would be very hard to replace and will probably regret selling, just have too many right now. inspections are welcome anytime !
