1992 ford festiva for sale. motor and tranny and clutch all good. motor runs great with no smoke and no leaks. body not perfect but not the worst i have seen. floors solid. all lights work. brakes work. all brake and fuel lines are solid. has 4 good tires on it. the back tires were just mounted and balanced at sears( they were good used tires). has new front seat covers and new cheap floor mats. heat works. rear defrost and rear wipwer and rear wiper washer all work. side wing windows are intact and open. has new plugs and new wires and just had oil change. drivers side window crank is broke off but widow will go up and down if you use a screwdriver. passenger window is fine. windshield is cracked but it is not a big issue and isnt in the way. starts right up and doesnt smoke. gets 40 plus miles per gallon. i was going to use it as a hornet racecar but i cant afford to as i didnt know how exspensive it was. this is a basic car. i think the front axleshaft/halfshaft might need replaced but it is only 58.00 new and car can still be driven. no trades or delivery or money orders. i will only take a check from a fort dodge bank and cash always works. i have the original owners manual and the original warranty card and the original emergercy key and the original sales reciept from when it was new.On Mar-10-11 at 17:48:55 PST, seller added the following information: to answer a few questions---- car does not have air conditioning, yes the odometer and speedometer work, no it has never been wrecked, yes it is currently registered and i drove it today, yes the horn works, no i will not ship or deliver it, yes it has working rear defrost. i did notice today that the gas gauge is acting funny it was working then it wasnt so i dont know if it is working for sure but car will have a full tank of gas when it is sold. yes the emergency brake works on the car. NO THERE IS NO WARRENTY ON A 19 YEAR OLD FORD FESTIVA LITTLE SHITBOX WORK CAR, I ONLY GAURENTEE THAT THE CAR HAS A GOOD RUNNING ENGINE AND TRANNY AND CLUTCH AND THE BRAKES AND LIGHTS WORK BUT IT NEEDS THAT AXLE SHAFT SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE AND I ALREADY STATEED THAT. please dont expect a perfect car because this aint it.On Mar-13-11 at 20:34:28 PDT, seller added the following information: this is for the folks who seem to think that a 19 year old ford festiva should have a warranty-- THERE IS NO WARRANTY AND NO I WONT GIVE YOU A WARRANTY, this car runs and drives but will need the axle shaft as i already stated! no i will not arrange shipping accross the country or even out of state that is up to the buyer and who is going to pay the shipping charges on a little work beat around town car. no i wont end it early. no you cant drive this car across the country without fixing the axle shaft. dont think i will believe you that you are going to fly in to get the car and drive it home because no-one is going to spend 5 or 6 hundred dollars on plane fair on top of buying the car. i dont mean to sound like a jerk but there seem to be alot of scammers on ebay and they will just about do anything to screw the honest ebayers.On Mar-14-11 at 12:22:05 PDT, seller added the following information: i went out and filled the gas tank today and kept the reciept to show the buyer. i have had a couple of questions about the axleshaft and what it is doing. the drivers side axle shaft clicks when you turn sharply, it doesnt click or malfuntion while driving down the road and turning slowly. i drove it around today to do some errands. i am adding a picture of interior and the way car looks on exterior now and engine.On Mar-15-11 at 07:14:02 PDT, seller added the following information: this is a festiva as i put in the ad several times. ebay put that it was a fiesta as a catagory not me. fiestas were not made in the us in 1992. this is a festiva.
