Rare 1994 Toyota 4Runner, with both manual transmission and 4 wheel anti lock brakes. >>> No Reserve <<< All 94 4Runners came standard with rear anti lock brakes, and the “Limited” introduced in 1995 came standard with four wheel anti lock brakes, but only an automatic transmission. So if you want both a manual transmission and 4 Wheel ABS, this is the vehicle for you! Some of the great features of the 4Runner include: - 4 Wheel ABS – All 4Runners came with rear wheel ABS; it is very rare to find one that has both 4 wheel ABS and a manual transmission. (Some dealers told me it did not exist.) - ~20 MPG – Average MPG if you drive with moderation, - Ability to fit full sheets of plywood or sheetrock in the cargo bed, though you will need some blocking over the wheel wells, the cargo bay will accommodate full sheets of plywood or sheetrock with the tailgate down. Normally this can only be done in much larger (10 MPG) sport utilities. - A rear window which rolls down, this is great for accommodating longer loads or if you have a dog. - Fast Heat – Really nice on a cold day or on the way home from the ski slopes, the heater responds very quickly to warm up the car. The adjustable heater and fan for the rear seat passengers is real nice. - Class III Towing Hitch – If you want to tow a boat or just connect a bicycle rack, having the hitch available is really handy. - Alloy Rim for Spare Tire – Full size steel rimed spares are standard, this one has been upgraded to an alloy spare, I have the original steel rim and it will be included. - Leather Interior – Again a rare feature, particularly in combination with a manual transmission. - AM / FM CD Cassette - Power Windows - Power Door Locks - Cruise Control - Alarm System With Remote - K&N Air Filter intake conversion, I also have all the original intake parts, they will be included. - Vehicle passed CA smog check on March 3rd with all levels well below the limits. - My Stupid Brother Bumper Sticker http://www.mystupidbrother.com/ - Read the Edmunds Reviews for more: http://www.edmunds.com/toyota/4runner/1994/consumer-reviews.html It appears that the vehicle purchased new in Texas, I have owned it since 1995. It has had all the routine maintenance completed, and I can refer you to my mechanic with any questions. I would keep the vehicle but we now have three cars and only two drivers, something has to go. This vehicle is at its best off road, the 4 Low setting can move mountains. It also likes it best when on the highway loaded down say heading to the mountains to go camping. Items that need attention: The front end was damaged, my mechanic made all repairs needed to get the car back on the road. The AC condenser was not replaced nor was the fan shroud. The rear bumper is dented; otherwise the body is straight save some parking dings and minor spots in the paint. The plastic boot at the right rear running board is missing. Transmission pops out of third very rarely. The front tires are worn unevenly due to worn upper and lower ball joints that were replaced. There are some tears in the leather including the driver’s seat, steering wheel, and gear shift. The driver’s side floor mat is worn. The power antenna stays up only. The radio display goes dark intermittently and the CD player does not work. (Radio and tape work fine.) The rear wiper washer no longer squirts. Some foam plugs fixed a wobble in the driver’s side rear view mirror. My mechanic indicates that it is due for rear brakes and axle seals Shipping; Your best bet is to make a run to Santa Cruz CA to pick up the vehicle; I can meet you at the airport in San Jose (SJC). Santa Cruz is a great destination, and picking up the car will give you just the excuse to check out the, Boardwalk, world class surfing spots etc.
