I am selling this 1958 Ford Edsel Pacer hardtop sedan. I got it off a lady who's husban is no longer around and was selling it in order to move. The frame and body seam very solid. I charged the battery, turn the ignition to the on position all the lights and accesories come on. I then drained all the gas from the tank and dumped 5 gallons of fresh gas in it. I had to use a little starter fluid but it started right up. A little smoke came out of the exhaust but it ran pretty good and I went through the trans buttons on the steering wheel and all the gears work. It has some minor rust spots here and there but it is a solid car over all. Your more than welcome to check it out in person if your local. On Mar-08-11 at 16:29:11 PST, seller added the following information: Here is some updates. It starts right up and runs and drives. I did take it around the block a few times and there is a stuck lifter making a little noise but it seems to be getting better the more it runs. The brakes need to be pumped before the car starts to stop so I'm guessing they will have to be bled or gone through. The transmission shifts perfectly and all the gears work. Lights, signals, speedometer, compass, heater, radio, gas gage, horn all work. The suspension feels nice and solid. It does not come with power steering so you have to be rolling to turn the wheel easily.
