This 1959 Cadillac has not been licensed since 1986. I cleaned the gas tank and lines, put on a new fuel pump and rebuilt the carburetor. It has a new master cylinder, new brake lines, new wheel cylinders and a new starter on it. It starts and drives. The transmission leaks and it has rusted through on the lower fenders and the front and rear floor pans. The trunk pan is NOT rusted. The frame and body mounts are NOT rusted.
