Up for sale is a 1986 Volkswagen Jetta Turbo Diesel. This car is in very good shape for its age. It has been very well maintained. It has many options which include, 1.6 Turbo diesel, A/C, power steering, Sunroof, 5 speed, and Tach. This car was treated by Ziebart when it was new, which explains the condition of the body. No leaks at all! These engines run forever when properly maintained like this one. I consistently get 48 mpg with this car! It is a great fuel saver. The A/C does not work but the compressor spins freely, probably needs a condenser and dryer. Tires are dry rotted. Rear door panels are water damaged do to damaged vapor barriers, they have been replaced and there is no more interior moisture. Needs parking brake cables. Other than the tires this vehicle is ready to travel across the country with no hiccups.Clean brown interior. I reserve the right to end the auction early due to local sale.
