Up for auction we have an original California 1971 early year CT70 3 speed auto. Complete nut and bolt restoration. Bike was in great condition pre-resto with only 1870 original miles. Frame has been stripped and blasted, primed and professionally painted with correct Honda candy saffire blue "House of Kolors" paint. Several coats were mixed and applied as well as final clear coats making the bike appear "wet". This flawless paint job was preformed by IMZZ custom car painters in So Calif. New decals make this bike look so much better than new. NEW: tubes, tires, bearings, brakes, sproket, wiring harness, battery, seat, buddy pegs, cables, handle bars, knobs, levers, grips, throttle assembly, horn, horn button, dimmer, decals, luggage carrier, battery cover, tailight, both fenders, cable guide, fork boots, complete Honda exhaust/muffler system and I'm sure there is more. The chrome was all redone, and the triple tree polished to a mirror finish. The engine was completely overhauled, carb cleaned, cases split, bored, valves, beadblasted, gaskets, fresh oil and spark plug. Wheels were blasted inside and out, painted and new bearings and brakes were installed. I.D. plate is production date 3/71. 1870 original miles. I can send anyone a flip video of it running on request. Everything was either replaced or re-chromed or painted to look better than new, and it looks nicer than it did on the Honda showroom floor. Stunning. I have receipts for most of the work and parts for this bike totalling over 3K. Yes, it is titled and has a plate, with no DMV back fees. Bluebook has these bikes valued at well over 3K in A-1 shape and the values are only going up.
