You're bidding on a 1970 Volkswagen Westphalia Type 2 bus. It's an everyday driver and a weekend tailgating unit. The Odometer shows 199k miles onit but when I bought over a year ago there was only 25k miles on a newly rebuilt motor. This vehicle does not have an air conditioner. It does have a top that pops up with a fairly new and working camper tent/top. There is a cot that folds out upstairs that is in working order. There is a few minor rust spots around the bottom of the doors and in the floor pan. The motor leaks a little on the main seal, but other than that it's in really nice shape. There's not one day that doesn't pass where someone honks the horn complimenting the bus. The graphics on the bus are not painted on - they are decals which will be alot easier for removal. The oil changing and maintenence was done ritually. it's really fun to camp in and is kid friendly - the kids love it! Any other questions feel free to contact me.
