THE HISTORY The Mercedes SL500 has only 79,057 miles on it... that may sound like a lot of miles... but remember... this is a Mercedes... it's just hitting it's stride and it's actually only an average of 10k miles per year of driving which is actually a lot less than the normal 15k/yr most people do !!! The VIN is WDBSK75F23F023160. It was assembled in MB's Bremen plant in Germany and imported into the USA in June of 2002. It was sold Brand New by Crown Eurocars in St Petersburg Florida on July 31st of 2002 with just 10 miles on the odometer. After enjoying this SL500 for just over four years, this original owner decided it was time for something different. In late 2006 and with just 57,665 miles on the odometer this SL500 was traded in at Crown Eurocars on another vehicle. The SL500 found its second owner in early 2007. This second owner lived in Palm Beach FL, which is an affluent area. The SL500 was kept normally serviced. This second owner enjoyed this SL500 for just over four years until deciding to trade it in at Napleton's Acura of Palm Beach in Palm Beach FL. This took place in February of 2011 with just 78k miles on the odometer. I just purchased this SL500 from Napleton's Acura to offer for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION The overall exterior condition of the vehicle is very good. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little if any wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The wood trim is in great shape as well. Some of the rims have some curb rash. I have one master key, the 6 CD cartridge, the Southeast Nav disc, and the original carpet floormats.
