THE HISTORY The X5 4.4i Sport Activity Vehicle has only 84,944 miles on it... that may sound like a lot of miles... but remember... this is a BMW... it's just hitting it's stride and it's actually only an average of 12k miles per year of driving which is actually less than the normal 15k/yr most people do !!! The VIN is 5UXFB53524LV01659. It was built at BMW's Spartanburg Assembly Plant in South Carolina USA in November of 2003. It was sold Brand New in South Florida on February 26th of 2004. This original owner lived in Boca Raton FL which is a very affluent area. The X5 was kept normally serviced and maintained at the BMW dealer. This original owner enjoyed this X5 for the term of it's 42 month lease and in late December of 2007 and with only 45,623 miles on the odometer turned it into the leasing company. This leasing company sold this X5 to Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville FL who then inspected, serviced, and cleaned this X5 and put it for sale. It found a new owner shortly thereafter. On March 12th of 2008 and with just 45,869 miles on the odometer, this X5 was being enjoyed by its second owner who lived in Fort Lauderdale FL which is a very quiet area. This second owner enjoyed this X5 for just unde three years until deciding to trade it in at Braman BMW in Palm Beach Florida in February of 2011 with just 84,935 miles on the odometer. I bought this BMW from Braman BMW to offer for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The tires on this BMW are BRAND NEW and are the proper sized P255/50ZR19's in the front and P285/45ZR19's in the rear. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little if any wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The wood trim is free of any fade. Some of the rims have some curb rash. I have one master key, one spare key, the original carpet floormats, the first aid kit, the cargo cover, and the owners manuals.
