I am selling this SUV for a close friend of mine. This car has been in their family since 2001 and has always been maintained and cared for. The purchase of this SUV comes with the maintenance records over the last ten years. The reason it is being sold is because a new vehicle was purchased and they no longer have a need for this one. The engine and transmission run and shift perfectly with no leaks or oil consumption. If I didnt know the actual mileage I would think it ran like it has 30k miles. This vehicle is excellent in the snow and has a lot of life left if properly maintained. Kelly Blue Book shows that in excellent condition as a private party sale its worth $3220 and in fair condition $2320. I would say this SUV is in good condition $2870. Since the point is to actually sell this car and not talk about what it is worth, we came up with a much more reasonable price since it will need some repairs. The "bad" if you will, cosmetically is a dent in the rear tailgate which you can see in the pictures, a rust spot on the driver side quarter panel and the fog light on the passenger side is broken, otherwise cosmetically its in very nice condition. The interior is also very clean as well. There is an exhaust leak, somewhere after the catlytic converter, it needs an alignment, its missing the spare tire, and the lights in the tachometer are half burnt out. The key does not open the driver side door for some reason but there is a 5 digit manual entry code which I will provide to the buyer. There is surface rust underneath the car that should be addressed by the buyer and sprayed with undercoat to prevent further rusting. The oil was changed, the spark plugs replaced and transmission lines replaced most recently. All in all this is a solid SUV and with some maintenance and TLC is will last.
