BACK IN FEB OF 2010 I STARTED LOOKING FOR A FULL SIZE FOUR DOOR AUTOMOBILE FOR MY PERSONAL DRIVER. AT THAT TIME I WAS RESEARCHING THE LEXUS MODELS AND AFTER APPROXIMATLY TWO MONTHS OF INQUIRES WITH OTHER CAR DEALERS AND AVAILABLE VEHICLES FOR SALE I WAS ABLE TO DISCOVER THAT FOR ABOUT $15,000 LESS THAN THE COST OF A COMPARABLE LEXUS I COULD OWN TOYOTA'S FLAGSHIP VEHICLE (AVALON) DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR WHICH HAS THE SAME DRIVETRAIN ALONG WITH THE SAME CONFORT,SPACE AND PERFORMANCE. I BOUGHT THIS AVALON IN APRIL OF 2010 AND I HAVE TOTALLY ENJOYED THIS CAR EVERY TIME I TURNED THE KEY. SINCE OWNERSHIP I HAD THE CURRENT RECALL COMPLETED AND THE CAR SERVICED AT THE LOCAL TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE AUTO CHECK REPORT IS CLEAN AND SHOWS NO ACCIDENTS CLEAR AND CLEAN TITLE. THERE WAS A MINOR DENT ON THE R/F FENDER WHICH I HAD REPLACED AND REPAINTED. THE ORIGINAL HEADLIGHT HAS SLIGHT SCRATCH NO MAJOR ISSUE JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW.
