Up for auction is this beautiful 1979 Volkswagen Deluxe Station Wagon. This bus features a NEW, complete, fuel injected, electronic ignition 2.0l engine, a rebuilt 4 speed transmission, new axles/cv joints. New brakes all-around. The interior is original and in incredable condition! The front seats are Ricarro. Middle and rear seats are like new. All seat belts are there and working. The rubber mats are original and in perfect condition, including the front mat and step-pads. New kick panels are in place. New carpet in rear area and the spare tire cover is perfect. The bus has just been painted, new windshield and window rubbers all around and features the rare slider windows on the sides and all windows are tinted. All new lenses and lights through-out. The heater WORKS!! and, the hoses are new/original. One (original) key works on all doors. The dash has no cracks and the radio works as well.On Jan-31-11 at 08:02:18 PST, seller added the following information: Vehicle is currently registered in California and has passed smog with no problems.
