This 1975 BMW 2002 is a real classic and surely will be a great collectors car with its graceful styling. With only 87,000 original miles, the gloss black exterior and tan interior color combination is a real head-turner on the street. The exterior is in excellent condition due to its 1986 restoration with only a minor rust spot on the rear fender well. The interior, in tan leatherette, is original and in nice condition. Only the seat padding has been replaced. The 4-cylinder engine is coupled to a 4-speed transmission and is in good working order with a Weber replacing the original stock carburetor. The engine top end was rebuilt last year. The car handles very well and is extremely fun to drive. The working factory sunroof is somewhat rare and also works well. This three owner car spends its winters inside a heated garage and will make its future owner very happy. Unfortunately, the current owner passed away last month necessitating the cars sale.
