I am the original owner of my 82,000 mile, 2004 Ford F-250, Super Duty, Super Cab, Blue exterior with Grey interior, 8800-GVWR, 14,000Lb Towing. Purchased this truck to maintain the driveway for the school bus to pull in our driveway, pick up our son(with N.B.I.A.) in a wheel chair, turn around and exit. I have taken extremely excellent care of my truck. The first oil change and then about every 2,000miles i used synthetic oil and NAPA gold filters. Brakes are drilled and slotted, new about a year ago. Meyers 8-foot power-angle snow plow(holy mold board-rust "doesn't look very good, but it works just fine", the angled supports on the mold board are solid "needs a new skin")zirk grease fittings at trip pivot shaft, pump rebuilt this fall, stainless couplers on the hydraulic lines(they work in the winter) the striker edge is doubled on the ends(makes it last twice as long "don't tell Meyers i said that". No plow lights, (never needed them in my own 160'-driveway). Rust proofed by Zebart and twice by me. All 8 coils & spark plugs replaced march of 2010. Replaced header studs and wiper motor under warranty. Interior is very nice i always had seat covered with wool blanket, and floor mats, i do not smoke so no one else smoked in my Truck. There are nicks(front/left side of hood, front/right side of hood, passenger dr., tail gate has dents from a chain that broke a cable and rolled up on the tailgate paint is still there, i may have missed a body imperfection that is why i took the pictures please look and enjoy my truck, paint that flaked off at fender flare(now protected by rust proofing). Bumpers are like new. wipers. I enjoy driving my truck it has been a champ and there when i needed it. The truth is my son graduated socially when he was 18 he will receive his diploma next year so i will no longer need to clear the drive and when my truck sells i will clear the drive with my Gravely snow blower. A little more than a year ago we almost went into foreclosure because of medical and sallymae bills. I need to provide for my family and fix our used bus with a wheel chair lift and hospital bed and pay off bills. So in a few words i'm not selling this because there is anything wrong with my truck i/we need the money, the Ford dealership offered $11,000.00 to purchase my truck(not a trade in deal), they in-turn would have sold it for a profit, we watch our pennies clip coupons and need to get as much for this truck that we can. There are running boards and the wipers are a silicone type. i apologize for any confusion but i have tried to describe my truck as accurately as i can. I have been plowing the the snow from our driveway and running errands(shes a run great). I'm selling this truck because the dealership sparked an idea. The dealership sent me a flyer stating they were interested in purchasing several trucks in the area and if i still had mine they would make me an offer if i brought it in to the dealership. I called asked about the offer, he said you don't have to trade it we will write you a check for it. The 2 people at the dealership looked my truck over in the shop, took it for 2 test drives and offered me $11,000.00 to purchase-write me a check for my truck. At this point in this auction i do not understand why there are no bids. The dealer ship would have taken my truck to auction and made a nice profit, i was hoping to make that profit(i have debts to pay). I Pray You bid
